POLICIES
Below you will find our current policies regarding cancellations and scheduling. All scheduling inquires should be directed to Megan through call or text (609) 954-9454 or email redskyranchnj@gmail.com
Cancellations
If we feel that it is unsafe conditions to ride we will reach out to you to either cancel or reschedule. If you do not hear from us but you wish to cancel due to weather than you will be charged the full cost of your lesson.
24 hour notice is required for any cancellation. If less than 24 hour notice is given then you will be charged 50% of your lesson cost. If less than 2 hours notice is given then you will be charged 100% of your lesson cost.
If you cancel more than twice in a 4 week period then you forfeit your weekly lesson spot. Your lesson time will be offered to the next person on our waiting list and your name will go onto a will call list. Meaning we will schedule you as openings become available. Any preplanned vacations do not count towards this as long as 2 weeks notice is given.
Make Ups and Rescheduling
if canceling with more than 24 hour notice you will be offered two dates/times to schedule your make up lesson. Make ups will be schedule within 14 days of missed lesson. If you can not attend either of those dates then you forfeit that lesson.
